Anoma is Now Live on Optimism
Anoma is live on Optimism! The Superchain Ecosystem can now leverage native intents, programmable privacy, and interoperability via the Anoma Resource Machine.

Continuing its rollout across the Ethereum ecosystem, Anoma is now live on its fourth blockchain: Optimism.
You can view the onchain deployment of the Anoma Protocol Adapter on Optimism here.
Optimism developers can now leverage the Anoma Resource Machine (ARM) to build applications with native intents and programmable privacy, with full EVM interoperability. This enables user friendly, fully private applications that use existing Optimism and Ethereum ecosystem assets.
This deployment also paves the way for Anoma applications like AnomaPay to work seamlessly on Optimism.
Unleashing the ARM on OP
The ARM is a virtual machine that implements Anoma’s state and execution model on existing blockchains, and is roughly to Anoma as the EVM is to Ethereum.
With an Anoma PA deployment, blockchains can offer the benefits of the ARM to their builders and users without needing to make any changes to their existing infrastructure. It’s a fast and efficient way to add native intents and best-in-class privacy protections to any existing chain.
The ARM introduces a new state model called the Resource Model. Neither UTXO nor account model-based, the Resource Model combines the best of both models.

What's next?
The deployment of the Anoma PA on Optimism marks the next of many installations of the Anoma Distributed Operating System (DOS), including but not limited to Ethereum L2s, stablecoin chains, and more – setting the foundation for Anoma applications to run seamlessly everywhere.
As Anoma is integrated across the Ethereum ecosystem, the full benefits of its Distributed Operating System will take shape. Anoma DOS abstracts away the complexities of the multichain landscape, providing a unified interface for developers to build on and unlocking a seamless, unified experience for users.
