Announcing Intents Initiates Cohort 01
After a competitive application process, a first cohort of 15 projects have been selected for the Intents Initiates program. These teams have demonstrated the vision, technical expertise, and commitment necessary to help build the intent-centric future of Web3.

After a competitive application process, a first cohort of 15 intentsly innovative projects have been selected for the Intents Initiates program. These teams have demonstrated the vision, technical expertise, and commitment necessary to help build the intent-centric future of Web3.
Following the program launch last month, over 100 builder teams have worked on joining the Anoma ecosystem, making the first cohort of Intents Initiates incredibly competitive and well over-subscribed. The teams selected are building for a wide variety of use cases and span four tracks: novel applications, intent solvers, and the open track—each contributing unique approaches to the evolving intents landscape.
The novel applications track will curate teams that are building applications that bring real value to the Anoma community and the broader intents ecosystem. Together with the private devnet teams that are already further along in their builder journey, a diverse set of applications is taking shape across various Web3 use cases. The infrastructure track will be the largest track for the initial cohort and will lend major support to launching a fully functional ecosystem from day one.
Teams on the solver track will help tailor solver DevEx to the cutting edge of what current systems offer and beyond. We’ll see continued onboarding of solvers and we welcome additional teams to apply. The open track is a testament to Anoma’s long-term vision of expanding Web3 use cases and will support teams with equally ambitious, long-term commitments.
Meet the Initiates: Novel Applications Track
Encifher
Encifher unlocks the power of seamless, high-performance, confidential computation, creating a compliant privacy 2.0 engine for DeFi. This engine allows dApps across existing L1, L2, and L3 networks to incorporate compliant privacy features seamlessly without fragmenting liquidity. Encifer is planning to use Anoma to build a confidential computation DEX.
Goemon
Goemon is an intent-based options liquidity layer, enabling trading without capital loss and leverage without liquidation. They are planning to use Anoma to build a private options exchange powered by intents. Goemon joined the program because it aligns perfectly with their vision of transforming options liquidity through intent-driven design. Goemon leverages trader intents to aggregate the best liquidity sources across assets, and the program’s focus on innovative, intent-based methodologies offers a unique opportunity to refine and scale this concept.
T+
T+ is an intent pre-settlement protocol that enables optimal execution of any financial intent (trade, loan, whatever) by decoupling intent confirmation and settlement. The program will allow for t+ and Anoma to expand research into novel types of intent-based DeFi. Particularly, t+ aims to build custom settlement models for exotic products.
Meet the Initiates: Infrastructure Track
Adamik
Adamik simplifies blockchain integration with a chain-agnostic, fast, and secure API. Adamik empowers enterprises to connect with 60+ blockchains while retaining full control of their keys. Adamik is a powerful yet simple API to seamlessly read and write on multiple blockchains. The team is planning to provide a powerful yet simple API to seamlessly read and write intent-based transactions to expand the intent ecosystem.
Bindpay
bindpay is a financial technology company providing abstracted payment orchestration. The team addresses the inefficiencies in traditional and blockchain-based payment systems by building a solution that combines the convenience of traditional payments with the efficiency of blockchain technology. Anoma’s intent-centric protocol will allow bindpay to build a new form of API-based payments systems that incorporates novel solver techniques to enhance efficiency.
Epoch Protocol
Epoch Protocol is the universal co-ordination layer for agents and solvers. Epoch Protocol believes that “coordination is the key” to solving this and therefore the protocol uses a sub-intent orchestrator, composable intent solvers, AI agents, and state observers (hyperions) to deconstruct an intent into relevant sub-intents and coordinate competing solvers and AI Agents to find the best solutions. An integration with Anoma will lead to synergies of both solver systems and network effects that will benefit users in the broader intent ecosystem.
Fairblock
Fairblock is a decentralized cryptographic computer that runs secure and performant MPC-based confidential computation. It mitigates centralized risks and prevents information leakage and manipulations in decentralized applications across major ecosystems including EVM and Cosmos chains. Fairblock unlocks credible and confidential DeFi mechanisms and AI models for future Web3 users. In cooperation with Anoma, Fairblock will create a custom confidential auction system that gives back control and customizability to the user.
MetaSig Wallet
MetaSig provides revolutionary wallet technology for novel cryptographic systems. The team holds a deep conviction that intents have the potential to avoid all the UX frictions of DeFi. Thus, MetaSig will initiate, sign and verify intents from within a wallet with seamless UX.
Predicate
Predicate is censorship-resistant policy infrastructure. Through Predicate, users, developers, and communities define rules for onchain interactions, integrating expressive pre-transaction logic into decentralized applications. These rules, like legos, can be stacked to form policies, which are enforced by the Predicate Network. Examples include policies for anti-money laundering, collateral verification, exploit mitigation, geolocation, and anomaly detection. For the Anoma ecosystem, Predicate enables solvers to apply custom risk management and flow of funds checks before servicing an order, ensuring that their activity adheres to the solvers' or LP's constraints.
Knowable
Knowable is a team of experts who operate and secure decentralized networks with local, bare metal. Knowable has been heavily involved with Namada in a variety of roles, playing a major part in the operations of the housefire/campfire testnets, the shielded-expedition, and the Luminara community outreach program. Throughout the program, the team will focus on enhancing the analytical understanding of intents, provide educational material, and community tools like a novel intent explorer.
Meet the Initiates: Solver Track
Sprinter
Sprinter is a fast, smooth, interoperable intent execution engine. The project aims to make multichain interactions feel like one. In doing so, Sprinter enhances cross-chain UX for all as a first-class citizen in both existing and upcoming Web3 technologies. With Anoma, Sprinter will contribute to initial solver technology and pave the way for the intent solver ecosystem on Anoma.
Max Lomu
Max and his future team focus on 1-click solver deployment without any coding knowledge required. With the team's vision, the user selects modules and deploys an autonomously running solver that is non custodial. The approach will enhance the intent ecosystem in various ways, most importantly through increasing competition for solvers and thus, making intent solutions more efficient for the user.
Meet the Initiates: Open Track
Concordance
Concordance operates as an object abstraction around resources and object relational mapping, managing state consistency across the application. With these tools, developers can build transparent applications that run without a server, intertwined with the blockchain. The project will contribute to ongoing Anoma research and benefit ecosystem developers by providing tools to interface with data across the application stack.
Linera
Linera's unique architecture lets users interact directly with small chains of blocks, called microchains, allowing applications to read and write onchain data with the lowest latency and highest security possible. The collaboration between Linera and Anoma will push forward different streams of research and explore ways to incorporate Anoma’s Resource Machine in Linera’s concept of microchains.
TerraTwin
TerraTwin is a novel platform that connects physical landscapes to digital representations, enabling verifiable ecological credit creation and management. The system integrates Three.js visualization, LLM-powered validation agents, and Anoma's Resource Machine to create a trusted link between ecosystem health and tokenized environmental assets.
Meet the Initiates: Private devnet teams
The 15 selected teams from Intents Initiates will join the existing private devnet teams, who will receive the same support from the program:
Any
Any is a post cloud communication network for independent minds. It features independent communication channels where every change is cryptographically signed and encrypted. Ownership logic and identities are stored on-chain, while social interactions rely on gas-less transactions with local consensus through CRDTs. Anoma’s intent layer will enable parties that don’t know each other to establish a connection and make deals while preserving the privacy of those connections.
Fluton
Fluton is the intent-centric, fast and low-cost gateway enabling instant swaps and bridges across EVM and AltVM networks. Fluton is exploring the use of Anoma’s intents and P2P network to enhance liquidity depth. Anoma’s generalized intents and programmable data sovereignty can enable Fluton to expand its scope to enable more complex intent creation, such as cross-chain NFT swaps, cross-chain hooks, and other advanced use cases.
HeyElsa
A composable layer for DeFAI agents. Managing crypto assets can be daunting. AI agents simplify web3 trading, but lack the SDKs, APIs, and infrastructure to be useful. Elsa AI transforms the modern web3 trading experience with a freeform, natural-language, AI Agent Hub, designed to simplify crypto transactions and asset management. HeyElsa is exploring the delegation of solver tasks to Anoma’s infrastructure for intent-based problem-solving, ensuring the most efficient execution of user requests, as well as providing private execution for sensitive transactions, aligning with Elsa’s user-centric and security-focused goals.

Poetic Technologies' core offerings include secure software and hardware for next generation TEEs, research and development in zero knowledge cryptography and monetary innovation. They are exploring the use of Anoma's resource machine to power up their TEE builders for a variety of different applications.
Reppo
Reppo is building a resource coordination layer that allows AI devs and agents to permissionlessly raise capital, and to access niche datasets and infra on demand by simply expressing intents. Anoma is a critical component for Reppo as it provides an out of box solution to relay and settle intents between AI builders and data owners/providers, capital allocators, and infra owners. Reppo also pairs intents with IP co-ownership incentives to facilitate price discovery for resources needed to build AI.
Spicenet
Spicenet is the unified and composable liquidity layer for trading applications. Spicenet enshrines key trading infrastructure and liquidity at the network-level, making it easy for trading applications to access trading primitives like money markets, spot and futures instruments, as well as liquidity for their use-case. The Spicenet Execution Network consumes orders in the form of intents and finds optimal liquidity routes to fulfil them, leveraging liquidity orchestration. Anoma is a key component, enabling direct, native submission of intents to Anoma’s distributed, intent-centric network for fulfilment.
SwissDAO
SwissDAO is developing a generalized framework for autonomous intent-based matchmaking, building on the concept of intent machines like Anoma. SwissDAO focuses on connecting intents across diverse domains such as job markets, dating, shared economies, and gaming, to name just a few. SwissDAO’s approach is grounded in agentic systems. These systems empower autonomous agents to act as facilitators, representing users or organizations in negotiating, automating, and improving matchmaking processes as they evolve. SwissDAO is exploring Anoma's intent machine model to make intent matching more efficient and transparent.
